Landscape Design in Tech Terrace
Thoughtful landscape design for Tech Terrace's historic homes — designs that honor mature trees and classic architecture while thriving in West Texas.
Custom landscapes, built for Tech Terrace
Tech Terrace is one of Lubbock's most beloved historic neighborhoods, and its mature trees, established beds, and classic architecture deserve a landscape approach that respects what's already there. We specialize in working around existing mature plantings — integrating new beds, refreshing tired ones, and choosing plants that complement the character of the home rather than fighting it. It's thoughtful, layered design built to last.
Why Tech Terrace needs a local expert
Mature trees create shade pockets and root competition that off-the-shelf landscape plans never account for — we design around them.
Historic homes need beds and hardscape that complement the architecture, not generic builder-grade installs that clash with it.
